The Huntsville BIA is thrilled to invite you to our second Annual Huntsville’s Harvest Feast, presented by BRIHAR CONSTRUCT!

Vendor Applications are now closed! If you missed the deadline but are still interested in participating, send us an email to express your interest. We may still be able to accommodate additional vendors!
Once accepted, you will received a welcome email with next steps. We cannot secure your spot until we receive payment and required documentation.

MEET A MACHINE
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12 | 10AM-1PM 📍RIVER MILL PARK
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
Get up close with the trucks, vehicles, and machines that help keep out community moving! This free and fun, hands-on event gives our community the chance to touch, discover, and get up close to a wide variety of machines and vehicles.
We’re inviting local organizations and businesses to bring a truck or machine to the event for attendees to explore and enjoy. Interested in participating? Complete Meet a Machine Registration Form!
Stuck on a Truck Fundraiser | 11AM-12PM
Watch local personalities take on the challenge of staying “stuck” on a truck until they raise enough funds to climb down. Come cheer them on & support some great local causes!
Participants are asked to collect $500 in pledges before the event. On event day, you’ll be “stuck” on your truck until you reach your fundraising goal! Ready to get stuck? Complete the Stuck on a Truck Application Form.
Categories: Two categories, Pumpkin Pie and Apple Pie. You may enter one or both categories.
Homemade Only: All pies must be made from scratch, no store-bought crusts or fillings.
One Entry Per Category: Limit one pie per person per category.
Drop-Off Time: All entries must be delivered between 10:30am-11:00am on Saturday, September 12th.
Labeling: Pies must be labeled with the baker's name and pie type and list of ingredients, to help us ensure everyone's safety.
Judging Criteria: Pies will be judged on:
Flavor
Texture
Appearance
Creativity (optional but welcome!)
Judges’ Decision is Final: Winners will be announced during Huntsville's Harvest Feast.
Serving Dish: Please use a disposable pie tin if possible.

Huntsville’s Harvest Feast is calling all bakers, from Grandma’s secret recipe to that famous fall flavour you’ve perfected, we want to taste your best pumpkin and/or apple pie.
On Saturday, September 12th, 2026 during Huntsville's Harvest Feast, a panel of 5 celebrity community members from Huntsville, will be ready to taste your pie and choose the best tasting pumpkin pie and the best tasting apple pie that is made in Huntsville.
Winner will receive bragging rights and a special prize!

10 Artists. 10 Canvases. One Incredible Collaboration!
Ten talented artists will each begin with their own 16” x 20 “ canvas, using a reference photo as their starting point. Then, every 10 minutes, the canvases rotate to the next artist!
Watch as each artist adds their own unique glair, style, and creativity to their fellow artists’ work. Cheer them on throughout the one-of-a-kind live art experience. When the final brushstroke is complete, bid on your favourite painting!
Part of the proceeds will support Aspen Wildlife Sanctuary and the amazing work they do for our local wildlife community.
Come watch the creativity unfold, support our artists, and take home a truly unique piece of collaborative art!
